Japanese scientists have made a paper-thin battery聽 Lithium-polymer base which can be produced with printer know-how.
In Advanced Materials New development Centre (AMIC) explored technology enables a cheap industrial production. The slim and bendable own design, the battery also was used in solar panels, reported the actual Asian Technology Platform Tech-On. In contrast to lithium-ion batteries are based lithium-polymer batteries, not a liquid but a good electrolyte. The developers, however, it is possible to offer the battery in some sort of paper-like design, which guarantees maximum flexibility in development and use.
